Here we go again

What should I say - you know the drill now. It's a new version of qtpfsgui out. The upstream maint. working really hard, so I have to keep up. So, v.1.8.3 of qtpfsgui for mac is out. This time on sourceforge, where it really should be. But sourceforge is a crazy system, I think I did it right, but it is hard to tell.

If sourceforge does not work for you, you may also grab qtpfsgui at my other site

Take care!

I must be missing something really obvious, but having downloaded qtpfsgui 1.8.3 for Mac OSX, I cannot launch the app on either my MacPro or G5. The app appears briefly in the dock, then disappears.

This issue was resolved, I think!

well, it wasn't resolved, obviously! i encounter the same error, when i try to install the app from the denounced download: short movement of the icon, then — NOTHING!
thanx for help!

No, same problem here. I just downloaded it, and when I try to launch it it bounces once then vanishes.

I think you need to install the QT library ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qt/source/qt-mac-opensource-4.2.3.dmg as well.

Sure - that's written somewhere else here, sorry I didn't include it in this post also.

For the new qtpfsgui, I'll try to pack in those Qt libs we need, at least as an option for those who just want this to work! The next days are a bit busy for me, so I think it will be well into the next week before I have the new qtpfsgui out for Mac.
